Gorgeous skirt by Brooks Brothers! Not sure of the date but tag looks older than the 90's. My guess is late 70's to 80's.
Deep chocolate brown color with teeny tiny white polka dot pattern.
Zip & button closure with no stretch at the waist.

tagged a size "6" but best fits a small.
material is silk - dry clean or hand wash recommended

hips are 38"

okay condition- very small hole in the back of the skirt towards the middle
